“Losing weight feels doable. Keeping it off feels impossible.”
European women don't diet. Here's what they do instead.
If you've lost the same weight more than once, this is for you: the no-counting, no-cutting way busy women lose weight on real food and stop starting over every Monday. From Charro, the Belgian coach who has helped 9,000+ women in 10 years.
No calorie counting. No forbidden foods. No more “I'll start again Monday.”

After coaching 9,000+ women, Charro kept hearing the same three beliefs
Belgian coaching client · results vary
The belief that keeps you stuck
“I just need more willpower.”
So every Monday you start stricter. And every busy week breaks the plan. It was never a discipline problem. The plan only worked when life was quiet.
Belgian coaching client · results vary
The rule that backfires
“If I eat less, I'll lose more.”
Coffee for breakfast. A tiny salad for lunch. Crackers at 4:30 because you're starving. Then dinner happens. That isn't a lack of control. It's a body that wasn't fed.
Belgian coaching client · results vary
The proof it's not too late
“Maybe this is just my body now.”
After enough restarts, it starts to feel permanent. It isn't. What changes things is how you eat on ordinary days, not how strict you are on the good ones.
Every diet you've done taught you to start over
Calorie counting
Every meal turns into math.
Works until a busy week, then you stop logging.
One “bad” day and the whole week feels ruined.
Cutting carbs
The weight comes back when the bread does.
You cook one dinner for you and another for your family.
Nobody lives without pasta forever.
Skipping meals
Starving by 4:30, in the pantry by 9.
“Saving calories” for dinner backfires.
It falls apart the first stressful week.
Counting. Cutting. Skipping.
Every plan worked — until life happened.
A sick kid. A late night at work. A weekend away.
Or nothing dramatic at all. You just got tired of thinking about food all day.
Then one meal wasn't on the plan, and the thought arrived:
“I've messed it up. I'll start again Monday.”
That loop has a name.
The Restart Loop.
It runs on one instruction: try harder.
Stricter rules. Smaller portions. More discipline.
But a plan that only works on your good weeks will always break on the bad ones.
Which is why nothing has stuck.
You don't need a stricter plan. You need a default.
What dieting looks like vs. what European women do
The diet cycle
BreakfastCoffee, then nothing until lunch.
Bread & pasta“Off plan.” Until the weekend.
DinnerA “diet plate” for you, another for the family.
DessertForbidden all week, then the whole bag on Friday.
TrackingLogging every bite.
After a bad day“I've ruined it. Monday I start again.”
What European women do instead
BreakfastA proper breakfast, with protein.
Bread & pastaOn the table, portioned with your hand.
DinnerOne family dinner, built properly.
DessertOne dessert you really want. Then done.
TrackingOne question: what does this meal need?
After a bad dayBack to normal at the next meal.
Belgium is the land of fries, waffles and pralines. Yet its adult obesity rate is about half the U.S. rate.OECD, Health at a Glance 2023 (self-reported data).
What European women do instead: they eat on a default, not a diet
Your default already exists. It's the breakfast you grab (or skip), what ends up in your cart, what you grab the second you walk in the door hungry.
When a diet gets hard, that's what you fall back on. So that's what we rebuild.
European Women Don't Diet is a short video course that teaches you to eat the way the women Charro coaches in Belgium do: real food, three proper meals, a plate you build with your hand — and a plan for the nights that don't go to plan.
It replaces “eat less and try harder” with four steps:
The course
Your path back, in four steps
1Step one
See the loop
Why the weight always comes back: the food system around you, and the diet rules that keep you restarting.
2Step two
Build your plate
Four principles and one question, “what does this meal need?” A palm of protein and a fist of carbs to start, produce, and something that makes it taste good.
3Step three
Set your rhythm
Three proper meals, enjoying food again, restaurant portions, and what to buy in an American grocery store.
4Step four
Make it your normal
Your first three practice days, a backup meal for tired nights, and exactly what to do when a day goes wrong.
From “starting over” to “this is just how I eat”
Years of restarting teach you that every plan has an end date. Here's what changes when there's nothing to restart.
→One off-plan meal is just a meal, not the end of your week.

Real stories
From “I never stick with anything” to “proud of myself”
What women in Charro's programs say. Translated from Dutch.
I had never stuck with anything. No matter how motivated I started, it never lasted. The difference with Charro is the clear structure and planning that actually fits my life. No strict rules, no guilt, just an approach that stays doable. I feel great, and really proud of myself!
Sofie V.Fit By Charro coaching member, Belgium
Finally the feeling that I know what works for my body, without stress or a constant “battle” in my head. A huge energy boost (both mental and physical, I have to say).
Kelly H.Fit By Charro coaching member, Belgium
I didn't recognize myself in the mirror anymore, and that really started to weigh on me. What really speaks to me about Fit By Charro is that it isn't only about losing weight, but about learning to trust my body again. Step by step I felt stronger and more confident. I hadn't felt that in years.
Sara S.Fit By Charro coaching member, Belgium
Mounjaro did help me lose weight, but at the same time it left me even less fit. I had less energy, less strength, and felt anything but healthy. The number on the scale went down, but my body went downhill. Thanks to Charro (and Joni!), I learned how to make my body strong and fit again.
The one thing no diet ever gave you: a plan for bad days.
Most women don't fail because they eat the wrong foods.
They fail because their plan has nothing to say when the day goes wrong.
The course gives you a plate you can build anywhere (at home, at a restaurant, at your mother-in-law's), a rhythm that stops you from arriving at dinner starving, and a backup meal for the nights DoorDash would normally win.
It replaces “start again Monday” with one simple question you'll use for the rest of your life: what does this meal need?
Nothing counted
Nothing forbidden
One dinner for the whole family

If counting worked long-term, you wouldn't be here.
Here's what the research shows. At the U.S. National Institutes of Health, researchers fed the same group of adults two ways, two weeks each: ultra-processed food, then real, unprocessed food. Nobody was told how much to eat.
With ultra-processed food on the table, they took in roughly 500 extra calories every day and put on weight. With real food, they ate less on their own and dropped weight.
Same people. Same willpower. Different food.
That's why this course changes what's on your plate first, and lets your hand do the measuring.
You eat enough to feel properly fed
Portions by hand, not by tracker
Pasta, bread and cheese stay on the menu
You stop negotiating with “forbidden” foods

“I've tried portion control before. How is this different?”
Most portion rules fail the same way every diet does: they only work when you're paying attention.
This course is built for when you're not. Your eating rhythm keeps you from arriving at dinner starving. Your grocery cart means there's always something easy at home. Your backup meal handles the nights you're too tired to care.
And when a day goes wrong (it will), there's no “off plan” to fall off. You just go back to your default.

What changes, and when
You don't need a perfect week. You need three practice days.
1Days 1–3 · Practice
Your first three days
Follow your starter guide: simple breakfasts, real lunches, normal family dinners. It's not a weight-loss test. It's practice.
2Weeks 1–2 · Rhythm
Three proper meals
You notice where the extras were hiding, and which ones are actually worth it to you.
3Week 3 and beyond · Default
Your new normal
Keep what worked, fix what didn't, and repeat. Eating well stops depending on motivation.

A note fromCharroFounder, Fit By Charro · Belgium · coaching women for 10 years
Hi, I'm Charro, and I know what it's like to hide your body.
I grew up in a sports club. Until I was 18, I ate whatever I wanted and never gained a thing.
Then, almost overnight, that stopped working. The weight came on, so I covered up. Big sweaters, baggy dresses. I avoided showing my body even to my own family and friends. My confidence was gone, and so was my energy.
When I'd finally had enough, I didn't find a magic diet. After a lot of trial and error, I found something better: a way of eating I could actually keep.
Dinner doesn't have to be complicated.
I started Fit By Charro to help other women get their confidence back. Ten years later, my team and I have coached more than 9,000 women.
And here's what all of them taught me: the problem was never you. It was every plan that only worked on good weeks.
In Belgium, we look forward to dinner. It doesn't have to be complicated, and it doesn't have to be a diet. I built this course to bring that way of eating into your American kitchen.
You've been blaming yourself for something two famous studies explain.
U.S. National Institutes of Health
Same people, different food: given ultra-processed meals, they took in ~500 extra calories a day, without any rule telling them to.
Hall KD et al. “Ultra-processed diets cause excess calorie intake and weight gain.” Cell Metabolism, 2019
The Minnesota restriction study
When healthy volunteers lived on about half their usual food for six months, food took over their thoughts. Once the restriction ended, they overate far beyond their old habits.
Keys A. et al., University of Minnesota. Restriction isn't a willpower test. Your body is reacting to not getting enough.
The principles stay the same. How you use them fits your week.
01Busy momsOne dinner for the whole family. No separate weight-loss meal.
02Lost it beforeFor women who've lost the same weight more than once.
03On or off a GLP-1Eating habits that don't depend on medication. Your medication decisions stay with your doctor.
04New to this or tried it allSimple enough to start tonight. Built to keep.

Have questions?
Get clear answers
Is this a diet or a meal plan?
No. It's a short video course that teaches you how to build meals and a daily rhythm you can keep. You get a three-day starter guide with exact amounts, but the goal is that you stop needing a plan at all.
Do I have to count calories or track macros?
No. You use your hand as a starting point: roughly a palm of protein and a fist of cooked carbs. Starting points, not limits. You'll also learn to read your own hunger, so you know when a meal needs more.
Will this work with American food and grocery stores?
Yes. Charro is Belgian, but the course was built for life in the U.S.: American grocery stores and labels, restaurant portions and busy weeknights. Everything in the starter guide is available in a normal American grocery store.
How much cooking is involved?
Less than you think. Breakfasts you can repeat, leftovers for lunch, normal family dinners, and a backup meal for the nights you don't want to cook. No cauliflower rice, no fat-free cheese, no special diet food.
Will my family eat this too?
That's the point. Pasta night, salmon with sweet potatoes, a soup turned into a real meal: these are normal family meals, built properly. You don't cook a separate “weight-loss dinner.”
I'm on (or coming off) a GLP-1. Can I do this?
Charro's view: she's not for GLP-1 medication and not against it. That's a decision you make with your doctor. This course teaches eating habits that don't depend on medication. It's educational, not medical advice, so don't start, stop or change any medication based on it.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. $27 once. No subscription, no recurring charges, and lifetime access to the course and guides (for the lifetime of the course, as long as we offer it).
How long are the lessons?
There are 13 short, practical lessons across three modules. You can start using what you learn the same day you watch it.
Is this the same as Fit By Charro's coaching in Belgium?
No. It's a self-paced course that teaches the approach behind 10 years of coaching. Personal coaching isn't included.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Email team@fitbycharro.com within 30 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund of your $27. You don't need to give a reason, and we start the refund within 14 days.
